AgJunction-branded products purchased online at HandsFreeFarm.com come with a limited one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with AgJunction’s published guidelines. If your one (1) year warranty expires, our customer support team is always here to help you with repairs and replacement parts, as needed. If you have a question or concern about your product you can always contact customer support to help provide you with proper warranty or repair service. Products purchased online at HandsFreeFarm.com may be returned for a full refund or replacement Product within 30 days of purchase if our Product doesn’t start when it arrives, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box. Open items returned within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
A service request number is required before returning any merchandise. Please send your request including your Name, Address, and Order Number to and a service request number will be provided within 1 business day. Once you have a service request number, send us your return with the service request number marked clearly on the outside of the box. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.
